How I work

My background is in knowledge management: an MLIS qualification and more than ten years organising complex information systems.
I use AI throughout the building process, while taking responsibility for the decisions, testing and final experience. Some projects use AI at runtime; others are ordinary tools built with AI assistance.
- Understand the task. Agree on the problem, users and a useful first version.
- Make it tangible. Build a working version we can try and discuss.
- Check and refine. Test the core flow, readability and behaviour across screens.
